Anaplan: IPO branding and launch

The journey to an IPO starts long before a company rings the bell. With Anaplan the initial preparations started with developing the roadshow presentation and video to build momentum for the IPO. Working with Anaplan I helped to find the vendor to create the roadshow materials. I helped to guide the brand direction for the roadshow materials and manage the communication between the internal team and the vendor. When it was time for the IPO I helped to develop the launch campaign tagline, “There’s a better way to PLAN.”
Anaplan was using one vendor to develop the roadshow presentation and video. I helped to onboard the vendor with Anaplan’s brand guidelines and scheduled interviews with SMEs throughout the company so that they could become familiar with Anaplan’s story and technology. I oversaw the development of the roadshow video from initial storyboards, filming, editing, and all the way through to final production.

I also helped Anaplan with the design and the development of the S-1 filing document. Working across vendors and internal teams like Legal, Finance, and Marketing, I had to gather all of the information for the portions of the S-1 that would be designed.

When it came time for the actual IPO I coordinated with the design team to develop all of the visuals for the IPO. I traveled to the New York Stock Exchange to help Anaplan coordinate all of the branding placement and the launch. We branded the inside and the outside of the NYSE. We also did branding in Times Square and the Oculus transit hub.
